At Sunshine Piggy Rescue of Florida, we have dedicated our time and hearts to rescuing and rehoming guinea pigs and other small animals in need throughout Central Florida. As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a facility—all of our guinea pigs have been cared for in loving foster homes. This has allowed each piggy to receive personalized care, socialization, and attention to prepare them for adoption. Please note that we only adopt within Florida.

Blossom and Bubbles are a sweet, bonded pair who came to us as an owner surrender. They are a little shy at first but are becoming more comfortable with being held each day. Blossom is a Peruvian with long, flowing hair and will require regular brushing and occasional trims to keep her coat healthy. Bubbles is a beautiful Satin Abyssinian. They are approximately 1 year old and make a lovely duo.

Teddy and Bangs may just be the most laid-back duo ever. These boys only wheek when you have a bag in your hands, and they’re incredibly quiet and gentle. Teddy is an absolute sweetheart who melts in your arms, while Bangs is the braver piggy of the two. Both boys are still working on becoming fully comfortable with handling. Bangs is a Coronet and will require regular brushing and occasional trims to maintain his beautiful long coat.
