At Sunshine Piggy Rescue of Florida, we focus on rescuing and rehoming guinea pigs & other small animals in need throughout Central Florida. We are a foster-based rescue, meaning we do not have a facility—all of our guinea pigs are cared for in loving foster homes. This ensures they receive personalized care, socialization, and attention to prepare them for adoption.

Marshmallow is curious and outgoing, always the first to check out new spaces or investigate the sound of a rustling veggie bag. Buttercream isn’t far behind—she’s just as social and equally bold when it comes to exploring her environment. Together, they make the perfect pair for a home that loves interactive, playful pets.
They thrive on attention and would do best in a home that can give them plenty of enrichment and time to bond. Whether they’re zooming around their enclosure, chattering during veggie time, or popping up to see what you’re doing, these girls are full of life and fun to watch.
